What Dealers Think

“This is a great concept that is long overdue.  I can’t wait to begin sharing this resource with my sales staff and prospects.”
- Doug Haynes, CEO, Kitchen Art of South Florida.

“I love the concept.  I think it’s great information for kitchen and bath buyers, and it’s good for dealers too.”
- John Anderson, Owner, Southern Kitchens Ltd.

What is the Consumer's Voice?

describe the imageThe Consumer's Voice Blog was launched in 2010 as a convenient way for consumers to become educated on the realities of buying a kitchen. Our goal is to offer real-world, insider information to kitchen and bath buyers to help them make informed decisions.

Each of the authors on the Consumer’s Voice brings a unique perspective to their writing. Our contributors have experience in building and contracting, cabinet manufacturing, and sales and operations at both home centers and independent dealers. And many of us have been consumers, too. Our team of cabinet industry gurus have lived ALL the ugliness and headaches involved with kitchen and bath cabinets.

Why Publish the Consumer’s Voice?

Since the late nineties, we have been pioneers behind industry-leading software for cabinet dealers and manufacturers. And although we have some really smart techno-geeks on our team, we also have many veteran kitchen and bath professionals too. They understand that buying a kitchen is one of the most confusing experiences a consumer will ever go through. So we decided to publish independent content to help kitchen buyers struggling with challenging questions like...

  • Am I getting ripped off on my kitchen quote?
  • Is someone taking shortcuts on my kitchen installation?
  • How much should I spend on my kitchen?
  • Are my expectations reasonable?
  • Is the product I am paying for the right match for my project?

We believe that our industry know-how will give consumers the knowledge they need to shop with confidence.
